About
How to check we're real
- Message us and see if anyone answers. We reply within 24 hours. Ask anything you like before you enter — that is what the number below is for.
- Look at who has already won. Every winner is listed on the winners page with their caption, their prize and the date. Nothing is hidden and nothing is deleted.
- Read the rules before you enter. They are below, in full, and they do not change once a contest has started.
- Notice what we never ask for. No payment, no bank details, no ID, no fee to release a prize.
How the winner is picked
Every caption is read before it appears, so nothing offensive goes up. Once a contest closes, the caption with the most votes wins. If two are tied, the one submitted earliest takes it. No judging panel, no favourites — the count decides.
- One caption per person per contest, and one vote per contest.
- Voting closes at the time shown on the contest. That time does not move.
- The result is published on the winners page within 48 hours of closing.
- We contact the winner on the number they signed in with, and hand the prize over within a week of that.
- Captions made with someone else's account, or votes from accounts made to vote for one caption, are removed before the count.
If you think a result was wrong, message us. If we got it wrong we will say so on the winners page rather than quietly fixing it.
What we do with your mobile number
We use it to sign you in and to tell you if you win. That is all. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone else — including the business sponsoring a prize. Your captions appear under your name or a nickname, never under your email address or phone number.
